I had gone to do hair color worth Rs 2000. Colour I chose was Wellas's Light brown intense red violet permanent hair color.
There is absolutely no change in my hair colour after doing the so called hair coloring treatment at stellas spa (marol maroshi mumbai)
The lady over there Mansi ( +91-9769802773, 022-29255002 ) and her hair stylist told me to wait for two weeks as she felt that the color will appear after two weeks. I went to her after two weeks as no change was there in my hair color. Then she is telling that she will redo the color. But i said that i cant take chance again and it will damage my hair and asked her to refund my money.
They are refusing to give back my money and when i said i ll complaint against you she says do what u can do
This is highly irresponsible behaviour. If anything has gone wrong at their end , they should understand that customer has paid Rs 2000 for a service and they also work hard to earn money.
I need her to refund my money. Plz help
