Complaint Details
Item received in damaged condition which was booked through amazon.in online shopping on 15-04-16 with order id 403-5670671-0098733. Item returned on 21-05-16. After one month i got a refund cheque with name mismatch. I requested for cheque reissue and they accepted the same. After this the bank issued a new cheque with change in name on 18-05-16 (according to amazon.in customer care) but till now not received the cheque. I called amazon.in nearly 20 times and they and telling to have patience. No one is able to track the cheque. I told them about a complaint in consumer court, they still not responding, they are telling that they cant do anything other than i have to wait. Please help me to get my refund of Rs. 919/- as soon as possible.
