Complaint Details
I ordered Tupperware ACQA safe 1000ml water bottles (set of 6) Promo code mega 50 for about Rs.1400/- was also paid on the same time. On 21.1.2016 the product was delivered, to my surprise it was shocked that the product was not delivered what I ordered. Immediately I approached the customer care there they contacted continuously and finally on 28.04.2016 the paytm customer care sent an email that they closed by mentioning that your request is closed without any solution and return of my paid amount. There is a clear deficiency of service done by the paytm . com after taking order and money. Paytm is ultimate responsible to deliver the product as ordered by me. Sir, they simply dragged the issue from the month of jan’2016 to April 2016 is not fair, moreover,
the paytm repeatedly said that there is no exchange or replacement system adopted. Here the question is simply that I want the product which I ordered and paid for it. Therefore, I underwent mental agony for the past 4 months and paytm is least attention about the customer. Therefore, This Hon’ble forum may please take necessary action against the paytm to get back my product as I ordered and the compensation of Rs.50000/- for the mental trauma which I underwent and thus render justice.
