Complaint Details
I have done bookings NH7106616277322 and NH7106616277466 on 24th Apr 2016. Lateron, MMT informed the booking is cancelled and confirmed that they will refund 150% of the booking amount as a compensation. They have refunded 100% but not the balance 50% despite several follow ups and everytime they inform that the refund is processed and will be credited within 3 working days. I don't think MMT management and officials/ agents are serious about the same and just take the customers for a ride. Please help me with the redressal at the earliest.
