hello. i bought note 5 platinum gold phone on may 10 2016, from day one i had the problem of network in it. sometimes i don't receive messages and calls and sometimes i do. my WiFi is very slow. its a long time to download a video file and even a simple window takes a long time to open. Initially i thought it is sim problem and ive been contacting particular sim customer care. But by the time i realised that the problem is with my new note 5, it was tenth day. According to policy if i return new phone within 7 days i would get my phone replaced. Im not a professional to identify problem in phone, i took my phone to samsung care on 10th day. When i took it there they updated it and said to check. later i revisited and stated the same problem they identified that mother board has to be changed. then i contacted customer care toll free number with the reference number 3705956087 and Ashwathi Nair was handling my case. Ive been trying to tell them that this problem is from day one and i blamed the sim services and was resolving the problem with them. I later realised that the problem is with the brand new galaxy note 5. i didnt buy it to get it replaced or repaired in just 10 days. This problem persisted from day one and i want them to replace my phone. Ashwathi has closed my case and sent me the message that case has been resolved. NOOOOOOOOOO, they are lying that my problem is resolved. i just want reaplacement.. i cannot think of getting my brand new phone with a MAJOR repair. Samsung claims for best services....why is my case unresolved and yet closed...is it best service..does Samsung still claim for best services. i trusted Samsung but now i wont even recommend it to ANYONE. im frustrated. I repeat that i faced network problem from day one...i never ever wanted to accuse samsung company..i was happy about owning it...but im wrong. Problem has been identified my samsung technical engineer. its Job sheet number is 4215942559. Higher authority look into this matter. i want replacement only.
