i complaint to samsung customer care on 20-05-16 about my microwave oven. one person came and opened my oven, after that nobody came, my oven is still in opened condition and i complaint about 20 times to customer care. kindly help, its more than 3 weeks passed, nobody came.the oven is start rusting.
