It’s been 26 days now still neither i have received any resolution not any call back or feedback against my PaisaPay ID 42738790779 and Register mobile no. 7097030921 my name is Kotawar Sangam a consumer of eBay who is suffering a lot because of the negligent work from their support team. I have called several time to their toll free number .18002093229, also to their Grievance Office no . 8066743260 and sent emails as well to their grievance email id DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com in order to settle my refund but till dated neither received any call back not any resolution to my refund money ( Rs.3850 ).I was intended to buy the Tata Sky DTH Rs.3850 but this is not received to me.
Please help and assist as soon as possible. I am running out of time & patience.
