I have been writing to JEt Airways from more than 2 months regarding my JP miles ticket which got lapsed due to mis communication from the Call Centre as they informed i cant cancel the ticket and get my points back.
I have lost 5000 JP miles because of this . I came to know about it when i called aain for some other query and was told that i could have cancelled and got my JP miles back.
Till date no revert and only reply i get on email is we are checking please provide us time. It cant take more than 2 months to provide a resolution
