Complaint Details
I have purchased one mobile phone from authorised dealer of Micromax mobile.
On the same day I have got some issues and complained about the same. Company sent me a new mobile phone on my correspondence address.
But unfortunately that phone was not working properly and there was some problem with mic. PErson on other side can not listen. My sister went to service center and complained about the same.
According to service center executive my handset was not openable so it was to be send back to Delhi for further repairing process and it could take as lOng as 30 days. Although it was not informed to us at the time of purchase.
My sister gave the phone and went back to collect it after 30 days.
But the shocking reply came from the executive that My phone was nt repaired and she doesn't know when can it be repaired. She was so rude to talk that my sister broke down in front of her because she was talking very rudely.
After few days I got my phone back. But the problem was not solved. Mic was still not working. Problem continued.
I took my phone and submitted to another service center which is in Vasai and again they sent it to Delhi. I collected my phone after 25 days when I got a confirmation call from Micromax executive about the same that my phone was repaired.
Another shock came when in front of I checked my phone phone and mic was not working.
Back side of the phone was scratched and even it is a non openable phone back side is too loose that it can be easily opened. I assumed It must have happened during repairing.
I want solution to these all problem and want my money back for the same. Since I purchased it, I could not use it
I was not informed about the mobile service center is not here and it could take 30 days to be repaired.
My sister was harassed by ur executive verbally and shown least concern about the consumer problem
I have called 4 times on micromax customer care no. and promised to arrange a call from senior executive but I am still waiting.
