I have discontinued their services in Apr 2016 services and Rentals have also been stopped.
As my plan was prepaid, there are no dues from my side which is confirmed by your customer care representatives multiple times.
Still I am receiving unnecessary bills with just a late payment charge.
If there is no rental and dues, how can you charge for late payment
