Complaint Details
I bought 4G enabled Mobile Phone (70 10916610) from Reliance Jio Show room through Sales representative. Still has not received the bill and also the instrument which i bought became repaired. When I went to fix the problem at show room they lied that the instrument drenched by water and Rs.5000 will be charged to fix that. I bought with in the time frame not more than 3 weeks of this month and forced me to sign in a document which has written as favor to them. I refused to sign and got back my mobile phone.
