Sir/Madam, we have been unable to use the broadband connection number 1109529527 from Tikona since 5 days. They say that it is due to password expiry. We have been requesting help and they are not responding. I have spent precious time and money in calling, emailing and requesting for help but to no avail. They say that the password can only be reset from our end and they are unable to help us. How are we supposed to access internet to reset password? Ok, even if i try and reset the password from any other location - they are not assisting us in anyway. We have followed all procedures they have mentioned, yet such a BIG company is unable to solve such a small issue - of a password. They have so-called automated their service recovery but there is no way of escalating the issue fro faster resolution? please help in resolving this issue asap. we are frustrated with lack of concern.
