Hi,
I had requested to disconnect my connection Billing Account Number 120295605. But instead of disconnecting my connection they put it on hold of some kind. Which stayed the same for two months. I had requested this disconnection as I was shifting out of this location to another city. After this request i moved out of this location to delhi. Two months later i got a call from tikona stating your bill is pending for two months. Since nobody was living on this previous location their service not used. Then i started receiving threatening calls from some third party company saying we are filling a legal complaint against you in court. To avoid these calls i paid the full two months bill which i never used.
This company never provides good speed as they promise, their forum(http://forum.tikona.in/) is full of such complains.
The call from legal team that i received was from some lady named: Anita Saini
Mo: 8826693292.
My Account id was: 1108751829 and I paid Rs. 1679 via net banking.
