AS PER MY ISSUED PURCHASE ORDER DATED 31.03.2016 TO M/S BALAJI AUTOMOBILES, WE HAVE ORDERED SMF BATTERY OF 75AH 12V. BUT THEY HAVE BILLED DATED: 06.04.2016 & SHIPPED TUBLER BATTERY OF 75AH 12V. I HAD ALREADY PAID FULL AMOUNT AS PER MY PURCHASE ORDER. I EVEN HAD PAID FOR TRANSPORTATION. BECAUSE OF HIS UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE, I NOW HAVE DEAD STOCK OF HIS BATTERIES WHICH I HAD ASKED HIM TO TAKE BACK. THROUGH OUR MAIL CONVERSATION I HAVE ALSO ASKED HIM TO PAY BACK MY MONEY & TAKE HIS BATTERIES BACK IN HIS CUSTODY. BUT HE IS NEITHER REPLYING TO MY MAILS NOR RECEIVING MY CALLS FOR THE SAME.
I URGE TO CLAIM MINIMUM OF RS. 1500,000.00 FROM HIM AS PENALTY FOR HIS UNFAIR, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I AM A NEW STARTUP & I CAN’T AFFORD TO DO LOSSES...
I HOPE JUSTICE WOULD PREVAIL.
