I have Airtel DTH connection. My earlier set top box was faulty and was changed in Dec 2015. Again In april 2016 I faced issue with my set top box (the new one). I had paid DTH charged for May 16 as well but still i did not receive calls from Airtel. Despite my call reminder. Below is my Airtel customer care issue no.
