My sim got deactivated on 25th Morning without prior intimation due to which I was stranded on road for about an hour in Pune. I submitted the documents on 27th May 2016. The executive promised me to get it reactivated by 30th May 2016. Till date my issue is not resolved. Nobody from the company is responding to my calls, emails. They are only informing me that the verification got negative and due to this the sim got deactivated. The address verification they are mentioning about happened without my knowledge. Due to no service, I am facing lot of issues like not able to attend client tele-conference and my work is getting affected due to this. In addition to this, Vodafone has sent me a bill as well based on my usage.
