Micromax an Indian company on which every Indian has a great proud on its success.but what type of service you provide to us i really shamed.I was submitted my q450 device in the micromax center one month ago and it was under warranty.they received my phone and told me to do wait for maximum21 days.after 21 days they demanded21 days more.what a bad response and bad service provide by micromax to its customer. I have been buying all products for my home from micromax since 3 year.But now to see all that I think I want to quit from micromax.Service provide is the priority sector by which a company growth is decide and I think you are poor to provide sustainable service to your customer.I hope you you understand your customer problem and repair my handset as soon as possible.
