This is regarding order# 93481342 (Fitfly Home Gym Set) that I ordered on 20th Jun 2016. I got a call on 30th Jun from the customer care saying that the order will be slight delayed by 2-3 days and I will get it by 4th Jul 2016. Then I didn't hear anything from them till 6th Jul 2016. I called them on 6th Jul and after couple of calls, they asked me to wait for couple of days and assured me that I will get the order by then. Today (7th Jul 2016) they called me and informed that the order has been returned and Refund has been initiated. When I asked them the reason, they didn't specify any reason.

Now tell me one thing : I prepaid Rs.7877/- through my credit card and spent another Rs. 400/- to convert that amount to 6 EMIs and then at the top of that, paying 2% interest for every month's EMI. Who will bear that cost ? Because of shop clues's fraud, I will have to pay 2% EMI and processing fees to my credit card company for a product which I never received !

Please help me here.
