I have made booking on 9july.due to sm error it was booked from mumbai to chd rather than chd to bombay which i was trying to do since one day. But they said that you made a mistake while clicking. And that click has lead so much of harrasment. As the cancellation was made just fter 10 minutes but they said you will have to suffer as it is your mistake. And airline penalty will be charged in any case. My flight was worth 3583rs and cancellation penalty charges are 2767 and the rest being company's comission.
