I had applied for online Click2protect policy on 15th April 2016 (Proposal Number -18405219) , had fulfilled all their requirements regarding the documents and medical tests, payment was made on 18th April, but i haven't received the policy documents till date.
when ever i call these unprofessional, unethical, sad call center 1800-266-0315 i get to hear the same script that my medical reports have not been uploaded it just got uploaded last week.
After harassing me for 3 months, they are asking for more reports/test which i have to undergo at my cost.. which i agreed to.. then after one week they again call and say i have to undergo this test at their listed pathology, i agreed to that as well, but they never bothered to share me the details/conformation on same.
I get 2/3 calls daily with each caller asking me for the pending reports but they dont have any clue on the history of the case and they start afresh !!
THIS IS ACTUALLY HARASSMENT FOR CUSTOMERS !!!
i already have existing relationship with this bank since 2003 but unapologetically i would say this is the worst bank to deal with , with utmost bad quality of service!!!
Pls help to address my issue..
