Complaint Details
Every month after Internet Data pack expires the company deducts money from the call balance rapidly and stops only when all the balance is zero. The amount deducted is not recorded in the bill or online account and I believe that the company is stealing the money. The usage is below 200 MB for 28 days when the data pack is active and as soon as the data pack expires the company deducted Rs 180 which is equivalent to 43 MB data in 2 days. This is no way possible as there was no changes in data consumption.
This is happening for the last 3 months and I have complained on 20th April 2016 but to no avail. I complained again today 11th July 2016.
There is no way to stop this and the Vodafone does not have any autorenewal plan and that is why even when the call balance is more than the data pack the data pack does not renew automatically.
The prepaid number is 9038118835.
This number is used by my Mother who is 60 years old and to expect that she will always stop and start data on the phone every 28 days is very impractical.
