Complaint Details
I gave order to Customfurnish.com for interiors of my home and they have left incomplete work without material not delivered. I paid booking amount in February, then I got incomplete material and even though I have paid 90% payment(5 lakhs), the people keep insisting to pay full even though material has not arrived even though 3 months have elapsed. Very unprofessional attitude as they dont respond to your mails. For phone call they just keeping giving you excuses. I am still stuck with incomplete work. I cannot invite any people or relatives at home with all my material lying around.
Incomplete woodwork is lying in the house and as attached in screenshot my house looks shabby due to incomplete wardrobe, kitchen and crockery
