Complaint Details
Product was having 2 features(Camera, fingerprint sensor) not working properly from 1st day of purchase. Pickup was scheduled twice for refund while everytime it was cancelled by Flipkart stating "Pickup cancelled as you decided to keep the product". While I called Flipkart and even emailed for the same while no resolution is obtained yet.
