Hello Sir,
I purchased Samsung S7 Edge for 57000rs. from Samsung Online Store.
My Device serial no. is - RZ8H30G145D
After using it for one month its display died. I requested a replacement device but they denied my request and replaced the display after 2 months. After getting my device back and using it for few days, its battery died. Now again the device is in the service center since a month.
As the device is water resistant I request them that I will do a water resistant test at the service center when I will go there to take my device back. This request too was denied.
They sold me a faulty device and denying my replacement device request and also denying water resistant test. I am asking a test because I have paid 57000rs just because it is water resistant and I am afraid it has lost its water resistant capability after getting repaid/opened. I am asking to test for what they claim for.
It has been four months since I purchased the device and I was able to use it for only one month. My device was at the service center for 3 months.
I hereby request you to please look into this matter and help me getting a replacement device.
