My BSNL sim card is not being detected. The problem is not with the handset as I tried using another sim card in it. I have been using this BSNL sim card (9437766558) for the last 6-7 years and now it suddenly became inactive. I'm in Bangalore now.(on ROAMING). I've recharged the SIM(9437766558) on last month to get 6 months validity period and it's Successful. But now SIM card is not detected. I always handle the SIM card very carefully.
I cannot even call customer care from this number. I'm helpless. This is deficient customer service of BSNL.
Please rectify the problem with the service at the earliest, since it is creating a lot of problem for my contacts.
