I am not able to use the Dongle from 24th May and it is becoming impossible for me to stay without internet connection. I was billed for the month of June I am amazed to see the bill as how can you charge a customer for not providing the service? I was forced to purchase the 4G Dongle and also have the 4G Sim. I called the Customer support and the Chat support. I even approached the Appellate but I got no resolution but they terminated my connection Data Card Number: 7439130419
